Shelley Rae (Hatha Style Yoga) Wednesday 6pm
"I was first introduced to yoga back in 1995, it was love at first stretch. I continued to practice for about 5 years before I decided to take my teaching training with British School of Yoga.
Once qualified I set up a yoga centre in Sutton. Outside of the centre I was also teaching school teachers, a small group in a nursing home, young adults that had acquired brain injuries at QEF in Banstead and private clients. Following a 6 year break from yoga, I am so excited to be teaching again'.
