Bernadette Corrigan (Iyengar style Yoga)
I have been practicing yoga since 1997 and have been teaching since 2001. I am a qualified Iyengar teacher. I attended my first class at the centre in 1997 and it is a great privilege and joy to now be teaching here. As well as teaching here I also attend classes as a student - I enjoy the friendly and welcoming atmosphere of the centre.
Samdee (Karuna style Yoga)
I was introduced to Satyananda and Hatha yoga in 1980 and later I explored other styles of yoga , including Ashtanga, Iyengar, Vinyasa Flow, Kundalini and hot yoga. I qualified in Karuna Yoga.
Yvonne Su (Karuna style Yoga)
I have been practicing yoga for the last 15 years with different styles of yoga and been teaching since 2010. I am qualified as Karuna teacher.
Amanda Michael (Hatha Style Yoga)
I have been practicing yoga for 8 years and qualified in Hatha Yoga and Meditation in 2009. I was trained and qualified by Saraswati, who was initiated by Swami Vishnu Devananda founder of the Sivananda ashrams and centres throughout the world.
Michelle (Hatha Style Yoga)
Michelle discovered Yoga in 1994 and instantly fell in love with the practice. Michelle has been teaching for 18 years after completing a Sivananda Teacher training course in 1997 and began teaching Hatha yoga in various places in South West London, soon expanding by teaching pregnancy, Mums and Baby and children’s yoga. Michelle loves to share her knowledge and teaches from the heart, adapting and working with the energy flow of each group of students. Breath work is an integral part of her teaching. Michelle teaches a gentle class which can also be challenging as she gives her students an opportunity to increase their stretch if they wish to. “Yoga is such a unique and beautiful way to connect with yourself”…
