Welcome to Oasis Yoga and HealthOasis Yoga and Health is a complementary health centre which is twinned with the Buddhist Centre and Oasis Natural Products. Together we provide an oasis of relaxation and calm amid the hustle and bustle of central Croydon. Yoga and T'ai Chi We have been teaching Yoga in Croydon since the 1970's and in the current building since the early 1980's. The Yoga studio is a warm and tranquil space, fully equipped and dedicated to the practices of yoga and Tai Chi. See our timetable of classes.Complementary Health Practices We offer a wide range of complementary treatments including: Acupuncture, Alexander Technique, Homeopathy, Nutritional Advice, Shiatsu, Japanese Herbal Medicine & Massage, and Thai Yoga Massage. We take care to ensure that all of our practitioners are fully qualified in their speciality and fully insured, and that they are in tune with the ethos of the Centre.
